Basic – Open to all fitness levels

This class promotes body awareness, alignment and breath with essential yoga postures. It also helps improve flexibility and strength.

Gentle - Open to all fitness levels

This class helps release tension in the body, promotes a relaxed state of mind and helps improve flexibility and energy levels.

Flow I (Gentle Flow) - Open to all fitness levels

This class focuses on the gentle flowing sequences of integrating breath and movement. It helps increase flexibility, endurance and strength.

Flow II (Vinyasa Flow) - Open to intermediate levels

This class links dynamic flowing sequences of postures with the breath - awakening, refreshing and energizing the body. This class can be challenging - therefore, students are encouraged to work within their own fitness levels. Bring a towel.

Healthy Back - Open to all fitness levels

This class includes poses that lengthen the back muscles, develop flexibility of the hamstrings, open the hips and strengthen the abdominal muscles to promote a healthy spine.
